1 Suffering is none other than not understanding everything we’re going through. It’s seeing things happen and not making sense of them.

2 FV—How do we understand the journey while standing at the crossroads of our individuality, faced with intersecting paths? How do we grasp it, take it in, absorb it, and comprehend it before moving on to the next step?

3 CFKW—Suffering comes from not understanding what you have already seen. This applies to everything, from the simplest to the most complex—until finally realizing that everything is the same. That is suffering.
