How To Be Happy

 TRANSCRIPT 120114082156

Be happy. Your thoughts are going to be good and positive because now you understand the thinking process. So, from now on, all your thoughts are going to be good.

If your thoughts are of good origin, then your conversation with others will be about goodness. There is no need to talk about negative things. Everything is goodness.

No more questioning, just thoughts. Moving forward, you will be thinking good thoughts. Don’t allow negative thoughts to cross your mind. Only negative thoughts will show you that negative thoughts create negative results. You see?

And if a negative thought comes across your mind, make it become a reminder to stop thinking negative thoughts and start thinking on positive thoughts—always, always….always.

Remember, negative thoughts are always the result of your previous negative thought. That negative thought will lead you to another negative thought if you let it.

So, don’t let any negative thought gets into your mind. That way, you will be happy. This way, you will not be part of the negative world because the negative world is not for you to keep— just become the observer.

You may sense it, but once you are exposed to it, you become conscious about it. If you are conscious about it and you block it, you are blocking that thought. If you block that thought, the negative thought ceases to exist for lack of support.

A thought is a thought, so have positive thoughts, and you will be happy.

Let go of negative thoughts and move on, move forward with positive thinking. That is all it takes: Positive thought, positive thinking, positive results. Negativity is only a reminder.

When you see something negative outside your boundaries not affecting you at all, it is because you have become the observer.

Suffering comes from being dragged by that thought. But by you becoming the observer, you don’t get affected.

It’s only when you start questioning and making it part of your thought to understand how it works when you start suffering, become uncomfortable, and all those negative things that fill your mind with negative thoughts—and then you go back again with negative thoughts!

FV—Does good or bad exists?

CFKW—No. They all are only thoughts—a fear created by you, only you. Only you are the creator of that thought. And that thought either makes you suffer or makes you happy. So, let go of negative thoughts and move forward with positive thoughts.
