2 CFKW— It must be that you and I know each other, and you are an incarnate soul to learn everything that is to know because you had to return— not that something wrong was done, but instead that you went into (*)regression.
3 It is the act of regression. Evolution is moving forward, and regression is its counterpart. Either you progress and ascend, or you descend. Ascending or descending is the same as progressing or regressing, as they are counterparts of each other.
4 One enters into the human plane as much as one can evolve into higher planes of greater hierarchy as one progresses, such as, for instance, reincarnating as a Pleiadian, a Grey, or a Reptilian, who are an extension of what is known as, let’s say, humans. If you relate this to the human plane, you would identify them as Portuguese, Australian, Venezuelan, Caribbean… You see?
5 In the earthly plane, the races inhabit according to how they were segregated from one another to create nations, having come because they were brought by other beings of higher levels, so-called Pleiadians, Greys, Reptilians, and so on.
6 Just as we emigrate and bring seeds from one place to another, as they germinate in different states, towns, or nations, each one becomes identified and named. Do you see how it worked? From the smallest to the largest.
7 What happens is that human beings focus on what they believe and what they see. And what they see is all that transmutation as each thing is named; even the tiniest thing that is called, separated, isolated, concentrated, and given a name. You see?
8 As things are identified, they are segregated from one another. Take it from the Pleiadians to the humans. Between the Pleiadians and humans, there are the Reptilians, Greys, and so on.
9 Likewise, (*)man is dispersed, continues (**)dividing himself and creating creation upon creation and dispersing oneself throughout the world.
10 Here you have the answer to the question about extraterrestrials. Who are they? They are simply races, like here on Earth, from those humans who wanted to create the purest race, according to them, and those who wanted to be the most potent sovereign nation. In the same way, each one identifies with each aspect.
11 As previously exposed, take it now to lower planes so you can realize that it’s the same but oppositely, where the human reaches a point where one approaches the next plane below oneself, which is the animal kingdom. This one is comprised, let’s say, “where we began,” by means of different races/species according to their criteria and how they have wanted to focus by the desire of what they wanted to be, creating matter, and by creating matter, so its natural composition as it is known by man. You see?
12 The human being merges within the animal kingdom, very close to the world of primates. Darwin’s theory was (*)partially correct because from human to ape, within its subdivisions, you can observe the development of nations. From largest to smallest, at the present, we find the U.S.A., followed by China, Russia, and so on, until reaching the poorest country in terms of development.
13 Humans can be at their lowest level fed by indulgence or at the highest, depending on their decision to enter the present earthly plane or the ascending earthly plane. The ascending one is in current development, seeking to separate itself from matter and create a new world. You see? That is what all of us (CFKW) are doing—creating a sub-world where we will eventually stop wanting to belong to this Earth.
14 There are, as an example, the visions often spoken about where (*)the Earth will split into two equal parts, where some will not know that the others have perished. The premise is correct, but it’s not a physical change—it’s a change in mental state.
15 There will be no destruction. It is simply a vision, an intention transmuted into thought, turned into images, and given life by imagining how the world could split in two; just as a cell divides through mitosis. This is how people perceive it to be able to identify it; that is why people misinterpret the meaning of that vision.
16 This metaphor explains that the world is advancing technologically with the sheer intent of moving forward, creating technology that will replace biology. You see?
17 Just as synthetic oils are being created to replace petroleum-derived oils, similarly, tissues are being replicated, cells multiplied, and new species created, all in search of ways to distance humans from nature, which is the very essence of the foundation of our creation. You see?
18 This earthly plane was what drew us to the thought of the sweetness of biology, where we manifested ourselves by shaping our ideas and coexisting with a semi-dense, biological world, where living and non-living being, like the tree, represents the beginning of life, where the tree splits life through its foliage, while its counterpart, its roots, act as the stabilizing force. You see?
19 That world is a creation of what was previously mentioned, and our job (CFKW) is to help bring back this change.
20 FV—And how, I ask, do you want to bring this change?
21 CFKW—There is much confusion in the world, much obscurity. And the escape from this confusion is found through technology; the creation of new worlds, images forged into our minds to distance us from what exists in the present. It is our (*)spirit, within the soul of those who fight in recognizing what is being done and what is about to be left behind to become a new humanity—one distanced from the dependence on technology and those attempting to call themselves God in a futile attempt to be God.
22 Yes, in essence, you are God— above all that is creation. But there is something higher, beyond, that has greater control—something we can again call God, the energy that sustains all life. We rely on that energy, not knowing where it comes from, and it will remain unknown because that must be kept undisclosed. We cannot see the end of the tunnel because life demands it that way.
23 While in this “life,” humanity will continue living this life, asking the same question that will never be answered because we depend on that energy and (*)will never find it, for it cannot yet be found.
24 To find it would be to find oneself, and that will never be achieved, just as duality remains a metaphor because it is still not understood, but an attempt to understand it.
25 FV—How do we make this message spread throughout the world?
26 CFKW—To me, it is a futile intent because the world will never want to find or recognize it due to its desire to be “alive.” Only those who stop wanting to be in this “life” can find this peace. Searching for oneself is when one will finally find oneself.
27 When you search for yourself, you will find yourself searching for yourself, and you will never find yourself, because he who keeps searching for himself keeps forcibly searching for himself. One thought will lead to another and to another indefinitely. It only takes a single word to stop the search and the soul to rise. That is all.
28 This is like sending an SOS signal through the radio across all its bands, waiting for someone to find the signal. When found, that person will listen to everything you’ve said and start searching for himself.
29 Searching for oneself is a hardship, but at the same time, it is like taking a rest, because one unwinds when searching for oneself. It is like standing on a landing in front of the next ten floors—this resting place between floors is the peace that comes from seeking oneself.
30 And although it is a futile attempt, as previously mentioned, the message must be revealed like an SOS, waiting for someone to hear it. With a single word, it will be enough to awaken the curiosity of what is being sought and is meant to be found.

2 FV—Why does the mind get troubled by these messages?
3 CFKW—The information given to you has many aspects. Remember, it goes through the human mind, and the mind creates its own conclusions; it wraps its own ideas around it.
4 The purest form of thought transmission is through the complete disconnection of the conscious mind. This is achieved through a deep trance where the sense of the self is left behind. But you chose not to. You wanted to remain anonymous, and that was the correct way to do it. As to the possibility of reverting this, it can be done. The options are there.
5 FV—I’m not getting it. (End of session).

31 Here is the answer to your question:
32 Those are all thoughts that come from within yourself. It is just that one tends to project oneself as separate while creating and idealizing the presence of a third person in the scenario. That is why spirits do indeed exist; each one subdivides and has its own existence. But many of them, having heard from others, create, think, and develop in their minds the ideal of what they want it to be.
33 Some call them spirits, others know them as the dead, voices from beyond, angels, others allow themselves to be known by specific names, and so on— but they are still souls, they are still contact… they are still beings. Got it? They are still beings.
34 They are still thoughts forged and created within your mind by your acquired knowledge. You see? And you allow yourself to be led down the path that YOU choose to trace. But one must also understand and keep control over one’s mind because they are all thoughts.
35 Answering your question: They are all thoughts, all ideas acquired through your past experiences, the experiences of others, and sometimes the intervention of others when you have an open channel and your awareness is attuned in that direction.
36 They seek to help the kind-hearted. Those with ill intentions, however, will attract their own kind. That’s why the ill-intended become so skilled in their wicked ways; they absorb the negative energy of others who have had similar experiences, fueling their intensity, desire, and determination to pursue their goals. Do you see now how it works?
37 And the one seeking the way towards peace and harmony will encounter those drawn to that energy like a magnet, attracting them to help you keep YOUR serenity. That is what you should seek with every thought.
38 When a negative thought comes your way, many like-minded souls will help you open the way (harsh-toned). When you seek peace, others will fill you with peace (gentle tone). And when you want to be between good and evil, right and wrong (chuckle) …you see how all of this works? Everything interconnects, as you may have just seen.
39 The mind forgets. The mind forgets because it moves too fast. The conscious mind moves quickly and retains fewer details, constantly making way for new information and other details considered more important to fill their lives. You see?
40 The one who seeks to stay in between, supposedly enjoying both worlds, is truly in a constant struggle between good and evil, right and wrong, I can or can’t. You see?
41 You choose between good and evil; you either rest or move; you decide. That’s why the body gets tired—because there’s no ability to maintain balance. You see? And if you lose track, it’s because the conscious mind cannot retain everything that comes your way, as it is paying attention to external sources. (Reason for having had a disconnection.)
42 Today, with technology, those who want to create a new world with it, where technology replaces biology through science, have taken over and are taking over more quickly. This is something those in power have always sought, and it is developing and reaching fairly quickly because they have not given up. You see?
43 CFKW—And we return to the same point: Why do you doubt? Why do you doubt this information?
44 FV—I doubt because of all the lies that have passed through my mind, which were meant to confuse me and make me desist from everything I am doing.
45 CFKW—You are struggling. I see like waves of clouds driven by the wind, closing your path with doubt and lies. Those lies have been planted by those others I mentioned before, but with greater force, as they want to intervene and disrupt everything being done through doubt, deceit, and falsehoods.
46 This is referred to as (evil), who inserts information into your mind so you can pass it on as if it would be coming from a light source, only for you to later realize it was not—that is deception. And you perceive it as a lie meant to punish our endeavor to carry out our message.
47 Doubt is that struggle between life and death, good and evil, beauty and ugliness, where you question your ability to accomplish things. You keep asking yourself: Why me? Why me? Why me? And it’s because you are identifying with that ‘self’ named Francisco Valentin, who makes himself believe he is an individual, but he is a part of me because he is creation, and he is confused and diluted in thinking that he is himself. But he (Francisco Valentin) is only a body, a manifestation of a desire to create all this.
48 FV— I preserve my body; it has its few flaws, but I’m confused because I don’t know if I want to keep being human or if it’s time to pick up sails and depart. And that kills me because there’s still so much I have to fulfill, so much left to do. I have the will to deliver this message, even though I know that if I stop doing so, I’ll simply remain still and let the world pass me by. Now, I know I must build a shield to allow me to do all this.
49 CFKW—The solution is not to speak. Ideas may come to your mind, but you know they are still ideas from an infinite comprised of yourself and those who have been at your disposal (well intended) or are seeking to exploit your weakness(ill-intended) to enter (manifest) in all of this
50 That’s why, when someone connects with the spiritual world, they must know what and how that person (medium/channeler) thinks. Because their thoughts determine what beings they attract from this spiritual plane. You choose the good or ill-intended; one or the other. Know they are governed by your thoughts: positive or negative, good or bad, Yin and Yang—your preference.
51 All those beings who are at your disposal, within the frequency you live, are those with whom you may identify within the realm that they support and to whatever you desire the most. You see?
52 Here, one can formulate the analogy that leads to understanding what the third, fourth, or fifth dimension might be: Dimension is a state of mind—a line of thought, how you think, your parameters of what is right or wrong, principles, and everything that comprises the dimension at which you vibrate.
53 As you keep ascending, moving from the third to the fourth, is because ascension is an understanding of life itself through a different lens. It’s not about going somewhere else but about your thoughts evolving with yourself. It’s like the story of a character who, sees everything with a positive outlook and finds its beauty despite his surroundings. Meanwhile, someone else remains a dreamer, lost in his world and oblivious to everything around him. Then there’s another who is always in a bad mood, upset with everything, and yet another who seeks only to exploit everything within reach to enrich himself.
54 Apply this analogy to your life, and you’ll see how easy it is to understand. This message is given to anyone willing to see and listen. You see?
55 In this way, you move from the third dimension to the fourth through a line of thought, and from the fourth to the fifth, where you can perceive other levels, other planes, and new understandings within your own life.
56 But if you notice, as humanity progresses, the soul desires to continue progressing and moves toward the next chain of advanced beings, known as “extraterrestrials,” due to the current man’s ignorance, when in truth, they are ourselves in other planes, just as we identify with our fellow humans in other parts of the world, both in developed countries and those still untouched, made up of different gender, races, and cultures. 57 As you have progressed in your mind, the Pleiadians belong in a more advanced dimension, and you are progressing as well. Within the chain of human ascension and reincarnation within oneself, one can incarnate as Pleiadian—just as a given example.
58 (*)If the Pleiadians, who belong to galaxies that have evolved light-years beyond humans, have traveled to this earthly plane of consciousness and human thought level, it could be said that they are simultaneously living in another plane—in the past. You see?
59 Just as the counterpart of this plane is being created, there are also worlds that are so dense they could be compared to ancient times, the prehistoric era, or the beginning of life.
60 The soul moves from world to world, seeking the balance of its next state in order to evolve or devolve, which is the central theme of this conversation. You see?

63 With determination, you will want to work, and that is where your abundance lies: In the content of the information you have in your hands, at your disposal, and thus, you will be able to express, understand, and know how to deliver to humanity the information it needs through these messages. 64 You have to work with your path. When creating something, from point A to point B, you must seek all the alternatives in the highs and lows along the way in order to reach the final goal.
65 That is the labyrinth of life. When you have a goal, let’s say in the short term, like wanting to become an instructor, you must start with the first lesson until you graduate as an instructor. Do you know how many labyrinths you must cross before reaching your goal? And how many divergences will you encounter before reaching your destination? You see?
66 When there is a desire of greater magnitude between point A and point B—where you are born and where you die—and in the interim, you must learn from this and that, when one embarks on this journey through life to learn from here and there, you must navigate a labyrinth filled with decisions shaped by free will. These decisions concern what is good and bad, beautiful or ugly, and everything in between until you reach the end of life, where the end goal is either having achieved or failing to achieve the objectives set for this life.
67 Those goals to be reached are called Karma, while Dharma is the labyrinth, and what to do while in that labyrinth; the lessons learned or lessons yet to be learned. You see? Karma is the evolutionary process of ascent or descent, while Dharma is how to navigate that labyrinth from point A to point B.
68 And when someone, at a spiritual level, sets the goal of spiritual growth, tracing a path from point A to point B, the very spirit (soul) must go through that labyrinth of wanting or not wanting, doing or not doing, discern between right and wrong, Yin and Yang. You see?
69 On a spiritual level, one suffers within the labyrinth, while on a physical earthly level, the body suffers. Through the mind, the body responds. In mind is what is known as the consciousness of one’s own existence—that is consciousness: Seeing oneself as a living, unique being, called human, in this particular case—depending on the level one is at, such as, for example, a Pleiadian, a human, or an animal.
