FV—What makes one become spiritual?
CFKW—1 Becoming spiritual is conforming to be balanced in body, mind, and spirit.
2 Keep the body balanced by keeping the mechanical structure strong and flexible: Do stretching, physical activities, and strengthening to keep the physical from the imbalance that brings illness. Feed your body well and in moderation.
3 Keep the mind balanced by following the Golden rule, for whatever harm you do to others you are doing to yourself. If you pursue peace, you will receive peace, but if you seek war, you will receive war. Therefore, if you think the good in everything there is and exists, then good will be in every experience in your life.
4 Keep the spirit in balance by becoming aware of your true nature and purpose in life. Otherwise, life would not make sense and the imbalance will lead to disappointment, frustration and be wondering in life rather than living one’s life purpose.
5 You are the sum total of all your experiences since the first movement took form. The spirit became the mind, the mind became the soul, and the soul inhabits in the physical, making of you the evolved human experiencing life today through the physical senses.

An abstract from the original transcriber, Francisco Valentin
Recently, my wife and I decided to downsize since our youngest daughter graduated from college and our home became too big for us.
While selling my house, purchasing the land and building a new home, I had to disconnect myself from my already busy life of publishing the Transcripts, web development and book writing.
These series of events created an imbalance in my life as I see how easy it is to become astray from the spiritual path.
By disconnecting (or detaching) from my daily routine, I feel the difference in me as I have to conduct business and deal with those many aspects of selling, purchasing and building my new home.
I had to enter in what you might call a lower realm (state of mind) in order to cope with the overwhelming load of work that has been imposed on me as I accomplish all the tasks that are required to deal with the financial world we have created for ourselves.
Now I can see the difference between these two realms in this very same world inhabited by those who want to become spiritual and those who live day by day to pay the bills.
As I live the experience of transcribing, connecting with the Collective Forces of Knowledge and Wisdom, posting new material and work with the publishing and marketing of my books while learning to live by the teachings of the Transcripts, I found myself living in a world of balance and peace, in spite of the extensive work involved.
Conversely, in this very same world (Earth) there is a realm where someone has to wake up from Monday to Friday to take the kids to school, go to work, return home after eight hours of hard work, to then cook dinner, and go to bed to begins a new cycle the next day.
I know, because that was my daily routine for the past thirty years of my life.
This new experience I’m going through today had shown me how the world I lived in the past is no longer the world I live today.
Today I understand how important is to keep the balance between the body, mind, and spirit. Life is a state of mind, and it takes more than a few adjustments in life to become spiritual.
From what you eat and how to care for our body to what you allow to manifest in your mind is a work of its own as you seek to become spiritual.
Today I’m able to see the world from a new perspective where not everyone but many live day by day not knowing their purpose other than to perform their duties conforming with the laws that govern their world while disregarding the human touch.
I can see how profit is the primary driver of any legal transaction, and how human needs are last. I can see how protecting oneself from legal suits come first and human principles last. I can see how workers become performers for hire rather than the driven desire to serve others. And last but not least, I can see how personalized service of today has become a luxury for a fee.
My personal advice to you is to care first for the human needs, nurture human emotions, help others from your heart, and don’t seek for money but give from your talents, your time and your resources and money will follow suit. This is a lesson everyone should learn before any spiritual growth can truly become part of your life.
Follow me on this journey as I keep experiencing the changes one need to take while trailing through the path back home.
Thank you for sharing time with me.
