If you find yourself having an argument with someone, all you do is creating a thought that creates a new thought from that new thought.
The actual incident of an argument is none other than you colliding with yourself in the questioning process of things. That is all.
In an argument, all you do is questioning yourself and the thought, in a spiral of negative thinking, collides one with the other and questioning one thought after the other with yourself or with others expressing your thinking process.
As an individual, you have a thought by itself. That is the one you carry with you wherever you go, good or bad, depending on where your thought is taking you. Pure consciousness is just…a thought. So, be kind with your thoughts.
FV—How do you end an argument?
CFKW— Stop thinking there is an argument. Stop thinking there is something negative around you. Just STOP… and let it be. Stop and let go of your thought.
