You have chosen a noble and receptive body, attuned to your purpose. Use it, care for it, strengthen it. You have a resilient body—one that must endure until your work here is complete.
This is a world of endeavor. That is why the spirit cannot cling to the body. You must energize your body every day.
FV— How can I energize it every day?
CFKW—Quite simple. When you think of food, seek to nourish yourself, not to please your palate or your mind with pleasures. Use food as sustenance. Feed it with good nutrition.
Don’t let yourself be carried away by the allure of taste. Nourish your body as a reminder to stay disciplined with it if you wish to preserve it. In doing so, you will give it energy each day of your life. In this way, you can regenerate it.
That is why affirmations are so important—just like praying, asking, and remembering. You see? Each day, they remind you to nourish yourself and recharge your whole system with energy, while envisioning the best possible outcome, so that your body can respond and function at its highest capacity within its own limits, in this imperfect world we call the earthly plane.
Every creature is born from the element formed by two individuals. From the biological, physical, and analytical standpoints, humanity has discovered this down to its very last fiber—as well as the exchange of genes that allows the physical body to regenerate, and to recreate itself within a mechanical body. You see?
Creation is creation in itself, within its natural world, whereas what man creates is artificial by nature.
Within its truth, there is a creator many call energy. And as said before, that same energy governs the spiritual world, as well as the very understanding that God is the creator of all that is and exists.
Everything is that very same energy, you see? If you want to understand that energy itself, turn to science. Then ask science, “Do you want to know what lies behind that energy?” and lead it into the spiritual world, you see? Where science and spiritual philosophy—or spirituality—meet at a given moment, each standing in the other’s place, so they may see it from the other’s point of view.
Matter and spirituality are exactly the same, only seen from opposite sides. I explain spirituality to you just as you explain science to me—and you will see that it is within spirituality that everything begins.
What for man is the creation of the atom, for spirituality is the materialization of spirit—the beginning of life. And before life itself exists, there is that same energy man continues to seek—that which is called God, or the energy of life itself. You see? That is what you work with, because there is more yet to be said.
