1 Humans’ response through reflexes is an involuntary mechanism working upon the physical plane that does not allow voluntary control through the brain.
2 It is us through the process of mind over body (conscious self against the subconscious) when we begin to control our body voluntarily.
3 That does not mean that it suits the body well, for if a body/mind control is used to gain power, control or selfishness, it could do the body harm.
4 However, since mind/body control takes practice, it is clearly required for the body to learn to endure said request through practice, and strength.
5 See how for instance, that for one it is torture, while the other trains his body to endure whatever task is given, from pain resistance to strength limits of the body.
6 The question is: How well does it serve the body to gain control of human emotions, strength or endurance if it’s by feeding the selfishness of the human being to say that he or she can do or not something for amusement?
7 That is vanity and not mind over matter control. The body does respond, and the mind can be trained to many levels if you wish— of course, counting with the limitations of the physical body. But then again I ask, what good does it do to the self?

This particular Transcript reminds me how throughout my lifetime I have seen those who seek to overextend their limitations to prove to themselves and others what mind over body can do. I have also seen how any given talent becomes a risk to someone’s life for amusement and fame.
From what I get from the original intent received, perceived and transcribed in this Transcript, the message is to seek a balance and not to fall prey of vanity or engulfment when someone’s talent becomes amusement to others and to oneself.
As it is true that some people bring with them talents and abilities beyond the scope of our rational perceptive mind that can be used to inspire others, it is also true that many fall victims of their own vanity and pride, leading them to become astray in the process.
It is not for me to judge who accomplish what and to what purpose. It is you the one who needs to seek within and find for yourself if what you do for and with your body is in balance with your soul and those around you.
Care for your body by strengthening, stretching and feeding it well, for it is the temple of your soul while you are experiencing life through the physical senses.
